HOW CAN I BOOK A BOAT?

First step is to check our boats online and see which boat suits You best. Second step is to contact us over email with the dates You would like to book, provide us with information about how many people are going to be on board and do You need a skipper or You have the boat license. Our agent will deliver You the best possible offer according to Your preferences with all the reservation and prepayment details. In case a boat is not available on Your preferable dates, our agents will let You know which is the closest available period.

CAN I DRIVE A BOAT WITHOUT LICENSE?

If You don't have a valid boating license, You are not allowed to operate any type of motorized vessels. You can rent a boat with our skipper on board - either a whole day or half day rental. Skipper is never included in boat rental price and it's an extra cost.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED?

Every boat reservation can not be confirmed without the previous written confirmation and prepayment in amount of 100,00 EUR (calculated in Kuna) per each rental day.

You will receive the written confirmation from our agents over e-mail after the prepayment is done.
Without the written confirmation the boat is not reserved.

CAN I CHANGE MY RENTAL DATES OR BOAT?

With a written confirmation from our agent You can always change the rental date or boat. That's why we have the same prepayment amount for all our boats. As well, You will receive the confirmation with the new rental informations. All the changes should be made at least 48 hours days before the rental day. We always try to be as forthcoming as possible with all our clients.

I MADE A PREPAYMENT BUT I CAN NOT COME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Since the prepayment is a show-up guarantee, if You can't come on the reserved date we always offer You the option to reschedule the rental for the first available date.

IT’S RAINING AND I HAVE A BOAT RESERVATION, CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Rain, cloudy weather or slight wind are not considered as bad weather conditions. In case the boat leaves the base port, You can not expect the refund. We always inform You about the weather conditions. In case of bad weather conditions that don't allow sailing - the boat is not leaving the base port. You can choose to reschedule the date or we will return You the money with excluded reservation costs.

CAN I PAY THE BOAT IN CASH OR BY THE CREDIT CARD?

Of course You can pay in cash or with a credit card (Visa,Maestro, Mastercard).
You can always pay the boat rental over a bank transfer as well.

IS FUEL INCLUDED IN THE BOAT RENTAL PRICE?

Cost of fuel is not included in any boat rental price. The boat is rented with a full tank and You refill the spent fuel at the end of the rental at the gas station INA, Zert bb, Opatija. You pay for the fuel directly at the gas station.

CAN I RENT THE BOAT AND SPEND THE NIGHT ON BOARD?

All our boats are available for daily or multi-day charter. Daily rental lasts from 09:00 in the morning to 18:00 in the afternoon in the main part of the season. During the pre-season and post-season, we rely on the working hours of the nearest port gas station located in Opatija. After 18:00, the vessel must be back at our base. It is possible to spend the night on our vessels with a clear announcement when booking. We offer a wide range of boats that are ideal for multi-day charter.

DO I HAVE PARKING SPOT FOR MY CAR DURING THE RENTAL?

We offer the possibility of reserving a parking space for your car during the rental. The number of parking spaces is limited, so advance notice is required to check availability. The price of parking depends on the rental period, which you will be informed about in the offer itself. The parking location is only a 3-minute walk from the port where you pick up the boat.

WHERE IS THE BOAT BASE?

Our company and boat base is in Ičići, small town near Opatija. Our office is on adress: Poljanska cesta 1, 51414 Ičići which is only a few minutes walking distance from the port where all of our boats are.
