1. What information do we collect and why?
We do not collect any personally identifiable information except when you submit it voluntarily through forms. The information collected will be used for the purposes specified for when it was collected, to respond to your inquiries, andfulfill e-mail messaging programs to notify visitors about new content or services on our website. Any information you give us will be stored and managed carefully, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. We will not sell, rent or exchange such personally identifiable information to any other organization or entity.
Information we collect:
Basic data – first and last name, date and country of birth, ID/Passport number, nationality
Contact data – home address, e-mail address, mobile number
Miscellaneous – type and number of identity document, date, and port of boarding, number of skipper license and VHF license, credit card number, credit card security code.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
2. Collecting information
When you visit our website our web server automatically collects information about IP address of your computer, type of your browser, time of your access, referring web address and all the information about the pages you have visited on our site. That data is used for running our statistics about the use of pages so that we could improve the user experience.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

The information is also used to individualize your holidays in Croatia by matching your personal needs and requirements. In particular, during the on-line inquiry and booking process, you will be asked to enter contact information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address or contact number.

5. How long do we keep the information collected?

6. How do we protect your information?
The information that is collected is kept non-encrypted but protected from unauthorized use. We use a firewall to blockunauthorized devices from accessing our system and thereby protect your personal information.
